Refund/Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with Moringa Magic, simply return the unused/sealed bottles back to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

You DO NOT need an RMA# to return the order. Instead, please include your full name, email address, and mailing address with the merchandise you are returning so we can match the return to the correct account for the credit. Alternatively, you can print off your email invoice and include that in the package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please do not use “REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER” shipments as they are not guaranteed to be returned by the carrier (USPS/DHL/FedEx/UPS) and may affect your refund eligibility. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
